User Agreement

Welcome to eServices. This User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of our website and services. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, you must not use our services.

7. Termination
7.1 Termination by You: You may terminate your account at any time by following the instructions on our website. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the services.
7.2 Termination by Us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account or access to our services at any time, without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated this Agreement.
8. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
8.1 Disclaimer of Warranties: The services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
8.2 Limitation of Liability: In no event shall eServices, its directors, employees, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (i) your use or inability to use the services; (ii) any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein; (iii) any bugs, viruses, trojan horses, or the like that may be transmitted to or through our services by any third party; (iv) any errors or omissions in any content or for any loss or damage incurred as a result of your use of any content posted, emailed, transmitted, or otherwise made available through the services; and/or (v) the defamatory, offensive, or illegal conduct of any third party.
9. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless eServices and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the services or your violation of this Agreement.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Insert Country/State], without regard to its conflict of law principles.
